To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program a participant must:

  • be 15 years of age or older.
  • be no longer at secondary school.
  • be a Queensland Resident
  • not hold, or currently be undertaking Certificate III or higher qualification (not including training done in high school)
